Heavy Equipment Operator

VT Construction is a heavy civil / dirt-moving construction company based in Las Vegas, NV. We are looking for experienced Blade Hand / Motor Grader Operators. VT Construction is a family-owned company paying competitive hourly rates, weekly payroll, and company-paid medical and dental for the employee after a probationary period. This is a full-time position with great benefits.

We are specifically looking for experienced operators who have dirt-work experience running (but not limited to):

• 14M or 16H Blades (Rough and Finish Grade)

Requirements:

• Experience operating CAT, John Deere, and/or Komatsu motor graders
• Must have reliable transportation / willing to relocate at your own expense
• OSHA 10 Construction Safety and Health
• Able to pass a drug test & background screening
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Can withstand extreme conditions: excessive heat, wind, cold, continuous noise for extended shifts
• Works well under pressure, in a fast-paced working environment
• Topcon or Trimble GPS Systems experience a plus!
• Other duties as assigned by Management
