We are seeking a diligent Recruiter to join our team in Duluth, Minnesota. As a Recruiter, you'll be instrumental in handling a variety of tasks, including scheduling interviews, supporting high-volume recruitment, and engaging in sourcing projects. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage and schedule interviews, ensuring all logistics and details are efficiently handled.
• Provide robust support for high-volume recruitment, including screening candidates and arranging their interviews with onsite leaders.
• Take on sourcing projects as necessary, utilizing tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed to engage with passive candidates.
• Proactively source and engage in conversations with passive candidates, encouraging them to apply and forwarding their details to the hiring leader.
• Assist in onboarding activities onsite in Duluth.
• Use Applicant Track System for efficient management of recruitment processes.
• Employ effective sourcing strategies and tools to attract potential candidates.
• Exercise cold calling techniques as part of recruitment strategies.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting sources for sourcing potential candidates.
• Handle high volume recruitment and sourcing tasks efficiently.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a recruitment role
• Proficient in the use of Applicant Track System
• Experience in cold calling and effective sourcing strategies
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing potential candidates
• Knowledge of various recruiting sources and platforms
• Experience in high volume recruitment
• Proven track record in sourcing candidates for a variety of roles and levels
