About the Position:

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our growing People team. In this role you will play a key role in growing the VideaHealth team, responsible for managing end to end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical positions, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent who are a strong culture fit. You will play a critical role in supporting people operations initiatives as we grow the company.

This opportunity is based in our Boston office on a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Full cycle recruiting for across various roles and levels including technical and non-technical.
  2. Partner with hiring managers and leadership team to build and implement hiring strategies.
  3. Source, attract and engage top talent through creative and effective sourcing strategies.
  4. Interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience and culture fit.
  5. Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  6. Drive employer branding efforts.
  7. Facilitate onboarding for new hires joining VideaHealth.
  8. Maintain and optimize our applicant tracking system to ensure accurate reporting.
  9. Assist with other people operations initiatives as they arise.

About You:

  1. 3+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast paced startup environment.
  2. Proven track record of successfully recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
  3. Strong sourcing skills with experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  5. Experience supporting people operations or HR initiatives is a plus.
  6. Ability to commute to our Boston HQ on a hybrid schedule.
