LHH is partnering with a client in the Healthcare industry in Overland Park, KS area to fill their Sales Recruiter role.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top sales talent. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to identify and engage with high-performing sales professionals.
This is a 3-month contract role that would be fully remote, offering $25-30ph.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top sales talent. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to identify and engage with high-performing sales professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the sales team.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and team dynamics.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Proven experience as a Full-Cycle Recruiter- sales recruitment REQUIRED.
- Strong understanding of sales roles and the skills required for success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field is REQUIRED.
