HR-Rethought is a HR consulting firm based out of Overland Park, KS with clients all over the country. We partner with small businesses (first employee to over 200 employees) and function as their HR and Recruiting team - just outsourced. Our clients are across many different industries - from manufacturing to engineering to retail services.
We are growing and are looking to add a Recruiter to our team who be responsible for recruiting for a wide variety of positions and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Our ideal candidate has a strong recruiting background and understands that small businesses need a customized approach to their recruiting structure.

Anything and everything Recruiting-related. Every client is different, and every project is different. A well-rounded Recruitment background is key! Most of our clients have no idea what they need so it is our job to advise them on what is most important.

** Must be willing to execute HR-Rethought's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which requires, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality, and non-disclosure.

We are looking for someone with the following skillset:

Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Design and update job descriptions
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
- Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests
- Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
- Submit candidates to client hiring managers, leadership, and/other designated representative
- Conduct verbal job offer calls and answer questions related to benefits as required
- Monitor key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
- Build strong relationships with managers addressing questions and concerns or elevating as necessary
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Act as a mentor to new hires and help them onboard
- 2+ years' of recent experience in Recruiting, including but not limited to sourcing, interviewing and working directly with hiring managers
- 1+ years' of client facing and/or account management experience
- Technologically savvy; ability to quickly and easily learn new software
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Sound judgement with confidence and ability to make decisions independently
- Strong follow-through capabilities
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at one time
