Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Linthicum, MD

Type: Ongoing Long-Term Contract, potential to become permanent

Pay Range: $28hr-$35hr

Job Description: We are seeking both mid-level and high-level Recruiters to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a large organization.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
