SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, select, and retain top talent. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
This position requires a professional who is methodical and detail-oriented yet acts with a sense of urgency while being able to multi-task and work in an extremely fast-paced and changing environment. Confidentiality and discretion are required, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Education/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 - 4 years proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Familiarity with social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
- Organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Professional certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
- Experience recruiting for various roles and industries.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create clear, compelling job descriptions.
- Utilize various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks) to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Attend recruitment fairs, schools and open interviews to recruit top talent.
- Review applications to identify qualified candidates and conduct initial phone screens to evaluate their fit for the position.
- Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Extend and negotiate offers of employment.
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements and on-boarding of new hires, facilitating orientation.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide regular updates, and coordinate the interview process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all recruiting activities and candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Contribute to our employer branding efforts by promoting Keystone Clearwater Solutions as an employer of choice.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in recruitment.
- Create new hire personnel files.

- This position typically works in an office environment.
- Standard office equipment is used, including a computer, phone, printer, and copier.
- The work environment is generally quiet, with moderate noise levels at times.
- Travel is required for interviews, job fairs, career events, new hire orientation, meetings and networking functions
- Travel may involve driving, flying, or other modes of transportation.
- Primarily involves sedentary work; sitting for extended periods.
- Requires regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
- Occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds.
- Frequent communication with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Must be able to exchange accurate information verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to read and interpret information on a computer screen and paper documents.
- Requires the ability to hear and understand speech in person and over the phone.
