We are growing Our Sports every day by continuing to invest in our ever-expanding ecosystem, which consists of over a dozen sport verticals and hundreds of streaming partners. THE ROLE:

FloSports, a leader and innovator in digital sports media, is currently seeking a Recruiter to join our HR team. This person will provide full cycle, high volume recruiting services for the business while ensuring a phenomenal candidate and interview team experience. This position is based in Austin, Texas and will require in-office 4 days a week. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with hiring managers to create hiring plans, align on candidate profiles and run smooth and efficient recruiting processes

• Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline to meet our highest priority needs

• Work with the HR and marketing to develop creative ways to improve our employer brand to attract and engage top diverse talent

• Screen candidates for a variety of roles across the business for technical, functional and culture fit

• Ensure a pleasant candidate experience through timely communication and relationship building

• Contribute to the improvement of all our interview, training and recruitment processes 

• Identify and execute effective closing strategies for offers 

• Maintain ATS system 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 

• 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle or technical recruiting role

• Experience building strategic partnerships with hiring teams and cross functional team members

• Excellent workflow process and project management skills with the ability to set up and maintain systems for tracking actions, communications and details

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in networking and building talent communities

• Solid understanding of recruiting metrics and acquisition practices and methods

• Experience with using CRM and ATS software, such as Ashby, Jobvite, HiBob
