Summary

Rapidly growing financial services firm is seeking a high volume, full cycle Contract Recruiter. The Recruiter will work directly with hiring managers, source candidates via no-fee sources and some agencies, screen all candidates, manage the candidate through the entire process, negotiate offers and work closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure a smooth process.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 5+ years of relevant recruiting experience in financial services. Must have strong assessment skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, be adept at relationship building internally and externally, and experience working with an ATS.
