Skill: We are looking for an experienced, self-starting, aggressive technical recruiter for our new Bay Area location. Qualified candidates should have the ability to identify quality job orders and quality candidates.

Requirements:

1. Good communication skills and a team player.
2. Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.
3. Evaluate candidates' strengths compared with clients' requirements by screening and interviewing candidates.
4. Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.

Experience:

1. Experience in technical recruiting is required.
2. Experienced in using job boards and other sources, including cold calling to hunt for passive candidates.
3. Thorough understanding of W2, corp to corp, and 1099 engagements.
4. Complete necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and background/drug tests.
