TradeCorp a Skilled Trades Staffing Company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding successful hires. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and contribute to the overall success of our talent acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers:
    Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Job Posting and Sourcing:
    Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and the company's career page. Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
    Conduct initial resume reviews, pre-screening interviews, and comprehensive candidate assessments to ensure a strong match with the job requirements and organizational culture.
  • Interview Coordination:
    Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Guide interviewers on effective and fair interviewing techniques.
  • Negotiation and Offer Management:
    Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers during the offer stage. Negotiate salary and benefits packages within established guidelines and ensure a smooth transition to the onboarding process.
  • Maintain Recruitment Records:
    Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate information, interview notes, and feedback. Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage the recruitment process efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and HR processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Weekly Schedule:
You will work in the office 4 days a week.

Office Hours:
Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm (You can work remote 1 Day a week.)

Office Location: Armenia Blvd Tampa 33607

Salary:
Base: 45k to 50k
Commissions: 01% of Gross Sales Paid out Bi-Weekly.
Average 1st year: 73k a year
