The everyday hustle:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for the entire recruiting lifecycle to hire top talent across various geographic locations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and interview teams to define needs and highly effective sourcing strategies for each unique role.
- Successfully leverage sourcing tools to add new candidates to the pipeline and attract elite/ passive candidates.
- Ensure distinctive job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against the appropriate criteria.
- Facilitate engaging phone, video, and on-site interviews while providing a positive candidate experience.
- Organize all communication and follow up with candidates and Hiring Managers to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
- Regularly complete administrative tasks within the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate reporting and tracking.
- Effectively analyze, track, and report key metrics designed to measure success and aid in future strategy development.
- Actively participate in various hiring-related activities and events, as well as own and/ or engage in cross functional projects.
- Act as a service provider to the company, maintain a "can do" attitude to meet the needs of the organization and exceed expectations overall.
- Completed Bachelor's degree or higher education.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to deliver results consistently.
- Ability to demonstrate positive attitude, energy, and effort and our core values.
- Staffing/recruitment experience.
- Clear understanding of the recruitment lifecycle/ processes.
- Experience on mapping and sourcing resumes across multiple platforms.
