We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the financial services industry, based in San Jose, California. The role of an HR Generalist will involve handling a range of responsibilities in our HR department.

Responsibilities:

• Managing employee relations and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.
• Utilizing ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for efficient HR management.
• Assisting with benefit functions and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Leveraging ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for effective HR operations.
• Handling FMLA related matters and ensuring appropriate measures are taken.
• Using Ceridian and Dayforce for efficient HR management and operations.
• Ensuring the HR department operates in sync with the organization's goals and objectives.• Minimum of 3 years experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is mandatory
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is a plus
• Knowledge of Ceridian and Dayforce systems is essential
• Ability to handle Benefit Functions effectively
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of Compliance procedures and regulations in HR
• Experience in Employee Relations is crucial
• Familiarity with FMLA laws and procedures is necessary
