We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a meticulous HR Generalist in the bustling city of Fresno, California. As an HR Generalist, your role will be to manage various HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations, in accordance with employment law across multiple states.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently manage payroll data entries and updates
• Collaborate with an external Payroll Company to ensure timely and correct payment to employees
• Generate comprehensive reports detailing earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages
• Address and resolve any discrepancies in payroll
• Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to payroll matters
• Promote the use of self-service tools among employees for efficiency
• Develop and update payroll guidelines and policies
• Ensure confidentiality of payroll operations to maintain employee trust
• Stay updated with federal, state, and local legal requirements and advise management on necessary actions
• Continually enhance detail oriented and technical knowledge by participating in educational workshops, reviewing detail oriented publications, and networking
• Provide detailed information to employees and managers on tax issues and benefit plans
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, Dayforce, and other tools for Benefit Functions
• Exhibit strong communication skills and adherence to compliance standards in all tasks.• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Familiarity with Ceridian and Dayforce systems
• Experience in handling Benefit Functions
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge and understanding of HR Compliance regulations and procedures
• Proven experience in managing Employee Relations
• Familiarity with Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) procedures and regulations
