We are seeking an HR Director to join our client's team in MEMPHIS, Tennessee. The HR Director will primarily focus on tasks related to Benefits & Insurance renewals, open enrollment, and compliance. This role involves working with consultants and auditors, managing a 401k plan, and overseeing COBRA administration. The HR Director will also be expected to work with ADP - HRIS & Benefits, and may have the opportunity to supervise HR managers in the future.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage Benefits & Insurance renewals and open enrollment processes

• Collaborate with consultants to ensure smooth operation of HR functions

• Ensure overall compliance with HR regulations and standards

• Administer COBRA procedures and manage related tasks

• Handle 401k plan, working with auditors on an annual basis

• Work with ADP - HRIS & Benefits to manage HR information and resources

• Supervise HR managers and guide them in their roles

• Maintain a hands-on approach to managing HR tasks and responsibilities

• Foster effective employee relations and communication within the organization

• Use HRIS systems for HRMS, HCM, and ATS functions effectively and efficiently.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now.
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode.
• Expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) and Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
• Skilled in administering Benefit Functions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to ensure Compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Experience working with C-Suite executives.
• Strong background in Employee Relations.
• Knowledge in 401k - RRSP Administration.
• Proficiency in ADP - Payroll and Cobra Administration.
• Familiarity with HRIS - Human Resources Information Systems.
• Ability to perform HRIS reporting.
• Experience with HRIS Payroll System and HRIS System.
• Proficient in managing HRIS Database.
