Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HR Director to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this role, the HR Director will be responsible for developing organization strategies, implementing human resources strategies, managing human resources operations, and providing advice and counsel to management. The HR Director will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements and maintaining updated job knowledge.
Responsibilities:
• Develop organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues
• Implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, such as talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, and compensation
• Manage human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, and counseling staff
• Develop human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements
• Accomplish special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities
• Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions
• Guide management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation
• Maintain updated job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities
• Utilize skills such as ADP Workforce Now, Communication, Compliance, C-Suite, Employee Relations, Spanish Language, Benefits Administration, Compensation & Benefits, KPI Reporting, HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems, Human Resources (HR) Administration, Worker's Compensation, FMLA, Employee Engagement, Culture Change, Workplace Culture
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proven experience in compliance and C-Suite
• Strong skills in employee relations
• Fluency in Spanish language
• Experience in benefits administration
• Expertise in compensation & benefits
• Proficiency in KPI reporting
• Knowledge of HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration
• Familiarity with Worker's Compensation
• Knowledge of FMLA
• Proven experience in enhancing employee engagement
• Experience in culture change initiatives
• Strong understanding of workplace culture
