Job Description
We are seeking a proficient HR Generalist to join our clients dynamic HR team based in San Francisco, California. The individual will play a key role in managing HR operations including overseeing employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, managing light employee relations, and ensuring compliance with California labor laws. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and is crucial to our organization.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
• Handle offboarding procedures including exit interviews and other related tasks.
• Manage HR operations, ensuring compliance with CA labor law and other regulations.
• Provide front-facing support for employees addressing their operational needs.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.
• Utilize HR systems like Workday, DocuSign, Box, and virtual mail providers to streamline HR processes.
• Employ technical skills to adapt to the fast-paced environment of our industry.
• Administer benefits and enhance employee experience.
• Perform various entry-level admin tasks and transactional teamwork.
• Ensure accurate record keeping and data management in HR systems.
• Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Generalist level role or similar capacity.
• Proficient in Compliance and familiar with California Labor Law.
• Expertise in full-cycle Employee Relations is mandatory.
• Experience in Benefits Administration is required.
• Should have hands-on experience with Workday HRIS.
• Proficiency in managing Onboarding procedures for new hires.
• Experienced in conducting Exit interviews.
• Should be skilled in using DocuSign for digital document management.
