We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an HR Generalist in the Exeter, New Hampshire area. As an HR Generalist, you will be an integral part of our team, handling a variety of human resources functions, from employee relations, payroll management, to compliance with policies and procedures.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of employee relations to ensure a harmonious workplace

• Handle the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company

• Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent

• Manage payroll operations, including the reconciliation of payroll discrepancies

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Administer benefits enrollment for employees, ensuring they are informed and enrolled in a timely manner

• Use Paylocity for various HR functions, leveraging its features for efficiency

• Handle any inquiries related to the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)

• Communicate effectively with employees and management on HR-related matters

• Manage other benefit functions as needed, ensuring employees receive the benefits they are entitled to.

• Possess strong knowledge of Benefit Functions, including the administration and management of employee benefits programs.

• Exceptional communication skills that facilitate clear and concise correspondence with various departments and levels of management.

• Understand and adhere to Compliance requirements, ensuring the company's HR practices align with federal, state, and local laws.

• Proven experience in Employee Relations, capable of addressing and resolving workplace issues in a timely and effective manner.

• Familiarity with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the ability to manage the associated logistics and paperwork.

• Experience in processing Payroll, ensuring all employees are paid correctly and on time.

• Proficiency in using Paylocity or similar HRIS software for efficient management of HR tasks and employee records.
