We are in search of a competent HR Generalist for our team situated in West Palm Beach, Florida, United States. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in the wholesale distribution industry, focusing on maintaining employee relations, ensuring compliance, and managing benefits and onboarding procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of staff-related paperwork.
• Implement and maintain company policies and procedures.
• Handle matters related to employee relations and maintain a harmonious workplace environment.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage benefits administration and conduct employee onboarding.
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for HR-related tasks.
• Use ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, and Dayforce for various HR functions.
• Administer FMLA and other relevant employee benefits.
• Exhibit strong communication skills in dealing with both internal and external parties.
• Must be bilingual, with proficiency in both Spanish and Creole.• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is necessary
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is required
• Experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is essential
• Knowledge of Ceridian is a must
• Ability to use Dayforce effectively is needed
• Expertise in Benefit Functions is expected
• Strong Communication skills are required
• Compliance understanding and adherence is necessary
• Proven experience in Employee Relations is essential
• Knowledge of FMLA is a must-have requirement
