We are in search of a dedicated HR Generalist to be a part of our team in the non-profit industry, located in Oxnard, California. As an HR Generalist, your primary duties will encompass a variety of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, compliance enforcement, and training and development.

Responsibilities
• Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing potential candidates to finalizing the hiring process.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Cultivate and maintain positive employee relations, acting as a point of contact for any issues or concerns.
• Administer benefits to employees, ensuring all necessary information is accurately conveyed and understood.
• Implement and monitor performance management systems, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
• Ensure the organization remains in compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Provide support across various HR functions, including training and development.
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for various HR tasks.
• Use Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS) for efficient data transfer within the organization.
• Leverage Ceridian and Dayforce for HR management and benefits administration.
• Handle FMLA requests and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Non-Profit industry
• Proficient in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Experience in using Ceridian and Dayforce software
• Demonstrated knowledge of Benefit Functions
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven track record in maintaining Compliance in HR practices
• Strong background in managing Employee Relations
• Experience with administering Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) procedures
