Robert Half is supporting the recruiting efforts of a company in the manufacturing industry to find a HR Generalist. This is a full time, permanent position in Longmont. Responsibilities:
• Oversee the tracking and maintenance of records related to mandatory and optional training programs, continuous education, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to identify talent needs and work closely with the recruitment team during the staffing process
• Coordinate and manage new staff onboarding and employee recognition initiatives
• Engage with HR administration to execute crucial HR functions such as compensation, benefits, leave management, and handling disciplinary actions, disputes, and investigations
• Respond to job-related queries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, and escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate personnel
• Participate in employee relations processes, including disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, keeping abreast with industry best practices and reviewing policies for alignment
• Stay updated with evolving trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in human resources, talent management, and employment law
• Utilize skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, Benefit Functions, Communication, Compliance, Employee Relations, FMLA to ensure effective execution of responsibilities.

- Benefits admin
- Compliance (workers comp, labor laws, etc.)
- Recruiting
- Employee relations
- ATS/HRIS system
- MS Excel – formulas and formatting required
