We are in the process of recruiting an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to become a vital member of our team in Tustin, California. The role will focus on a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, training, and performance improvement within the Financial Services industry. Responsibilities:
• Establishing rapport and trust with management and employees, fostering an environment where HR is consulted on potential challenges
• Managing employee relations matters, including handling investigations, disciplinary actions, and coordinating with legal counsel to mitigate company risk
• Producing and overseeing various reports using relevant tools, collaborating with management to interpret data and implement performance enhancements
• Coordinating with District Managers to identify ongoing training needs for teams across various locations, and delivering or arranging necessary training programs
• Assisting in the implementation of Training and Safety Programs, such as generating certificates, maintaining records, and promoting risk awareness through support and training
• Collaborating with legal counsel to devise short and long-term plans for employee development and job growth
• Providing support and guidance to managers on HR matters, ensuring the confidential handling of sensitive data and information
• Contributing to HR Department projects as needed, including audits, surveys, and spreadsheet analysis.• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services for HR-related tasks
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now software
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Ability to utilize Ceridian for various HR functions
• Proficient in handling HCM (Human Capital Management)
• Knowledge of various Benefit Functions in HR
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of HR Compliance and regulations
• Proven track record in managing Employee Relations
• Experience in managing Hiring Processes from start to finish
