Job Description
We are looking to bring on board a Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator at our location in Mission Hills, California. This role involves a comprehensive range of HR duties, including processing and auditing various HR-related tasks, managing HR systems, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
• Accurately process HR-related and payroll tasks and maintain detailed records
Must be familiar with payroll employee related garnishments and tax filings
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Handle the auditing process to ensure all HR activities comply with company policies and regulations
• Contribute to HRIS
• Proficiency in HRIS and must understand Payroll
• Ability to use About Time software is required
• Auditing skills are essential
• Understanding of Benefit Functions is a must
• Strong Customer Service skills are required
