Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall goals.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Manage payroll processes and systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Conduct performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and employee development plans.
Lead efforts in policy development, employee engagement, and organizational change initiatives.
Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations for improvement to drive business outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
