We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Director of Human Resources to lead the Human Resources team. This individual will guide HR strategies, programs, and initiatives that foster employee development, enhance workforce engagement, and support Crystal Flash's vision of being THE choice for customers, communities, and teammates.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic HR advisor to leadership, aligning HR initiatives with company goals and fostering communication across all levels.

  • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of HR programs, including compensation, recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Drive employee engagement and community involvement initiatives, ensuring high participation and promoting a culture of inclusion and corporate responsibility.

  • Oversee HR operations, including payroll, compliance, reporting, and resource management, while supervising the HR team to ensure high performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field—or equivalent experience.

  • At least eight years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in industries with a blue-collar workforce.

  • Expertise in payroll, benefits administration, workers' compensation, compliance, and employee relations.

  • Experience with ESOPs or other employee ownership programs is preferred.

  • Proven ability to design and implement HR programs that drive engagement, foster development, and support strategic objectives.

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
