Job Description
We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Bilingual Human Resources (HR) Assistant in Landenberg, Pennsylvania. This role centers around providing support within the HR department in a diverse range of duties. The industry is broad, encompassing various sectors. The position is based in a workplace that is 100% on-site.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the translation of Spanish language for meetings, training, and document translation
• Provide onboarding and orientation to new Spanish-speaking employees
• Act as a liaison with contract employment agencies for recruitment of Spanish-speaking staff
• Assist in maintaining up-to-date employee records, including confidential files
• Coordinate the cleaning schedule of the annex
• Assist in the planning of company events and participate in the Activities Committee
• Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures
• Maintain inventory and order office and cleaning supplies
• Ensure that relevant information such as benefits, events, policies, and procedures are communicated to Spanish-speaking employees
• Assist in the review and updating of job descriptions.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services software
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Familiarity with Ceridian software
• Experience in using HRMS (Human Resource Management System)
• Proficiency in using About Time software
• Strong skills in auditing processes and procedures
• Experience in conducting background checks
• Understanding of benefit functions within a corporate environment
• Excellent customer service skills
