We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Assistant in the construction/contractor industry, located in Rock Hill, South Carolina. The selected candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks related to human resources and will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• Processing and maintaining confidential HR documents and records
• Assisting with employee inquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Conducting background checks and audits as a part of HR administration
• Using different software such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, About Time, SAP SuccessFactors HCM, Dayforce, Office 365 for various HR related tasks
• Demonstrating advanced skills in a popular spreadsheet software including using formulas, pivot tables, and filters for data entry and reporting
• Supporting payroll and benefits functions using ADP - Payroll and Benefits Payroll tools
• Ensuring confidentiality is maintained in all HR related matters
• Assisting with HR related tasks such as recruiting and onboarding.• Proficient in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode and Ceridian
• Experience with HRMS and About Time software
• Ability to conduct Auditing and Background Checks
• Understanding of Benefit Functions and Customer Service
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors HCM and Dayforce
• Proficiency in Office 365, Excel Formulas, and Pivot Table
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration
• Ability to handle Confidentiality and manage Confidential Documents
• Experience with ADP - Payroll, Payroll, and Benefits Payroll
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
