As a key member of our HR team, you'll be instrumental in driving our people strategy. Your main responsibilities include:
- Act as a link between HR and the business: advising and supporting managers on strategic issues and helping them implement high-performing, integrated HR practices.
- Guide and advise managers on employee relations issues
- Leave management administration ?
- Benefits Administration and management ?
- Manage full employee lifecycle: onboarding, orientation, development, retention, offboarding, exit
- Drive Employee Engagement and Productivity
- Guide management in building a culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and adaptability, helping the company to remain competitive in a rapidly changing business world.
- Work towards ensuring the company's policies, practices, and communication reflect respect for individual differences and that every employee feels valued and included
- Create a compelling employer brand that showcases the organization's commitment to its employees
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources in generalist capacity.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR Certifications highly desired
