KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in creating, updating, and managing job postings and requisitions in Paycom, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Generate and extend offer letters, conduct background checks, and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
- Source and screen potential candidates on platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn; coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Partner with department heads to develop job descriptions that align with role requirements and company values.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and support throughout the hiring process.
- Support the HR Director in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist with employee relations, including addressing routine inquiries and escalating more complex matters as needed.
- Contribute to benefits administration by answering employee questions and coordinating with benefits providers.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Help organize and facilitate training sessions, team-building activities, and HR-related initiatives.
