Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will help create a positive work environment and ensure that our HR policies align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Onboard new employees and facilitate orientation programs.
  • Support employee relations by addressing queries and resolving workplace issues.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the performance management process, including goal setting and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Organize and participate in training and development initiatives.
  • Contribute to HR projects and programs as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
