HR Manager Job at Extension, Inc in Manitowoc

Extension is seeking an HR Manager for a direct-hire position with one of our client located in Manitowoc, WI.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting performance reviews.
• Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations in accordance with Company Policy and Union Contract.
• Partner with leadership team regarding company goals as it relates to talent acquisition 
• Lead and coordinate continuous improvement of all human resources processes to improve efficiency and employee services while balancing overall costs.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Assist in the organization of employee activities and community/public relations activities.

Experience Needed:

• 4yrs+ of human resources experience within manufacturing industry 
• Bachelors degree is a plus
• Experience working on labor relations 
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification 

Salary:

• $80-100k/yr based on experience
