Our client, a leader in the distribution industry, is seeking a Janitor to join their team. As a Janitor, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Janitor Location: Green Bay, WI Pay Range: Not specified What's the Job? Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, including dock areas, freezer areas, and break rooms. Utilize various cleaning equipment such as hand brooms, power scrubbers, and vacuum cleaners to meet company standards. Remove refuse from the building and ensure trashcans are emptied and cleaned daily. Report any pest control issues and ensure effective operation of pest control systems. Perform seasonal duties such as removing ice and snow from walkways and parking lots. What's Needed? High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) plus three months of related experience or training. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions effectively. Capability to solve routine problems and understand safety rules and procedures. Physical ability to handle objects, stand, walk, and reach as required by the job.
