Provide evidence-based vision care
to ensure patients' health and wellbeing by recommending and prescribing medications and treatments, such as red eye, LASIK, and cataract surgery. Deliver routine vision care using evidence-based guidelines. Educate patients and store associates on eye health, contact lens care, disease management, and safety. Consult with other health professionals to prepare patient care plans, observing scope of practice per state regulations. Embrace new technology and instrumentation
such as digital phoropters, EMR, Maestro, OCT, and retinal cameras. What you'll bring
Doctoral degree in Optometry (OD) from an accredited school Licensed optometrist in good standing in the practice state Experience with EMR/EHR systems Willingness to adopt new equipment and technology Experience in treating ocular diseases Additional responsibilities include
Managing optical operations and ensuring adherence to policies and standards Supporting team development and addressing customer concerns Recruiting doctors in partnership with Market Directors Creating a culture of patient safety and quality care Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Our commitment
