What We Offer: • Competitive Salary: $15 per hour • Discount on Apartment Rent: Live conveniently at your workplace • 401k Retirement Plan: Secure your financial future Professional Development • Enhance your skills and advance your career opportunities Responsibilities: • Perform regular cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing shared spaces, including lobbies, hallways, and recreational areas. • Collect and discard rubbish from shared areas and designated collection points. • Keep the tidiness of outdoor zones, including sidewalks, parking lots, and outdoor areas, ensuring they are free of clutter and debris. • Clean shared area appliances, such as washers and dryers, making sure they are in efficient functioning order. • Notify the property manager or maintenance team of any repairs or maintenance requirements beyond your competence. • Monitor the premises for risks and security worries, promptly reporting any issues to the property manager. • Interact with tenants in a polite and professional manner, handling their complaints or requests expeditiously. • Keep an inventory of cleaning supplies and advise the property manager when supplies need to be restocked. • Adhere to safety procedures, premises regulations, and rules. Guarantee that all cleaning and maintenance duties are carried out in compliance with safety and health requirements. • Be available for emergency responses, such as responding to leaks or other urgent maintenance necessities after hours. Qualifications: • Previous work experience in janitorial, cleaning, or a related field is preferred. • Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and methods is desired. • Great attention to detail and a strong work ethic are required. • Must be able to work independently and efficiently. • Effective communication skills and an accommodating, customer-oriented attitude are necessary. • The job requires physical fitness and the capability to perform strenuous tasks. • Familiarity with safety protocols and the commitment to follow them is essential. • Flexible work hours may be needed, which includes weekends and holidays. • A high school diploma or equivalent is recommended. • A valid Driver's License is a must in order to complete the essential job functions (such as visiting different locations, obtaining/transporting supplies, etc.). Compensation: $14 - $15 hourly
