We are in the process of hiring an Executive Assistant based in Carrollton, Texas, to provide administrative support to our executive team. The individual filling this role will be tasked with managing executive schedules, ensuring smooth communication between executives and other parties, and assisting with various projects.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the complex scheduling needs of our executive team, including meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
• Serve as the primary contact point between our executives and both internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle a variety of communications on behalf of the executive team, including drafting, proofreading, and sending correspondence.
• Ensure all logistics are in place for executive speaking engagements, conferences, and other events.
• Support company-wide initiatives, executive presentations, and events by providing necessary logistical support.
• Prepare required reports, presentations, and other documents for executive meetings with investors, clients, or staff.
• Maintain a proactive approach to anticipate the needs of the executives, addressing requests and solving problems as they arise.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
• Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives by coordinating necessary resources and timelines.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed efficiently.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proficiency in using Concur for managing travel and expenses.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience in handling and managing expense reports efficiently.
• Ability to coordinate travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings, visa processing, and itinerary planning.
• Strong skills in calendar management, with the ability to schedule and prioritize meetings, appointments, and deadlines.
