Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Manageexecutive calendars, expertly scheduling meetings and appointments to keep each day running smoothly.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute documents and presentations, ensuring executives have everything they need at their fingertips.
  • Organize and prioritize emails, calls, and meeting requests, making sure executives are always in the loop.
  • Arrange travel plans and detailed itineraries, ensuring hassle-free trips for the executives.
  • Assist with special projects and handle various administrative tasks that keep the team moving forward.
  • Serve as the go-to contact between executives, clients, and internal departments, fostering clear and effective communication.


Qualifications of the Executive Assistant:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, ideally within financial services.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent multitasking skills and an eye for detail to manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to handle diverse interactions confidently.
  • Able to manage sensitive information with the utmost integrity and confidentiality.
