Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director of Paradigm Publishing Services and the President of De Gruyter Brill, Inc., ensuring efficient operation and smooth communication across the organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Your Tasks

* Administrative Support: Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

* Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.

* Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.

* Data Management: Maintain accurate records and filing systems; handle confidential information with discretion.

* Office Management: Ensure a well-organized office environment, including managing supplies and equipment.

* Event Planning: Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.

Your Profile

* Bachelor's degree required.

* 1+ year(s) of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

* Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.

* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
