Boston | Full-time employee | Jan 6, 2025 Executive Assistant Introduction Your Tasks Administrative Support: Manage executives’ calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations. Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, including tracking deadlines and deliverables. Data Management: Maintain accurate records and filing systems; handle confidential information with discretion. Office Management: Ensure a well-organized office environment, including managing supplies and equipment. Event Planning: Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences. Your Profile 1+ year(s) of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
