Job Description
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our executive team. With your extensive experience in the medical device sector, you will manage complex schedules, coordinate high-level meetings, and provide comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional problem-solving skills, and maintains a proactive and adaptable approach to managing competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Expertly manage and prioritize executive calendars, ensuring optimal allocation of time and resources.
Lead the coordination and logistical planning of meetings, conference calls, and events specifically related to our cutting-edge medical devices.
Take initiative in the preparation and editing of high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and relevance to our medical device technology.
Facilitate travel arrangements and meticulously prepare expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Offer high-level administrative support to executives and senior medical device professionals, enhancing operational efficiency.
Spearhead the planning and execution of significant company-wide and department-level offsites, team meetings, and events, promoting engagement and alignment with company culture and values.
Ensure the confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field is highly preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, with significant experience in the medical device industry.
Demonstrated expertise in high-level decision-making, problem-solving, planning, and organizational time management.
Proven ability to navigate complex situations with poise, leading to effective resolution.
Flexibility to work across international time zones, extend beyond standard business hours, and be on-call as necessary.
Capability to handle physical requirements of the job, including lifting or carrying items up to 40 pounds.
A proactive approach to IT-related tasks and setups, ensuring seamless operational support.
Exceptional communication skills, with a specialization in medical device terminology and applications.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and familiarity with medical device regulations and compliance standards.
