Job Description
Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for performing an array of administrative functions requiring confidentiality, initiative, and sound decision-making for the executives they will be supporting. You will provide high-level administrative support by periodically providing support with scheduling internal meetings, submitting event proposal approval requests, travel arrangements, occasional ground transportation, reserving conference rooms, placing catering orders, assisting with closing dinners, processing vendor payments, ensuring bankers have building access while traveling, submitting charitable donation approvals, as well as provide guidance on the general navigation of support services to the bankers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Executive or Administrative Assistant role
- High school diploma or GED is required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Being able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in internal meeting coordination
- Strong working experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including table creation, mail merges, and basic formatting
- Knowledge of general office procedures (e.g., correspondence, scheduling, vendor payment processing, calendar)
