- Oversee travel arrangements and expense reports
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure timely data updates
- Act as a key liaison between senior executives, clients, and stakeholders
- 5+ years of executive-level support experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Team player with a proactive attitude and a high level of professionalism
- Experience with Salesforce, Concur, and DocuSign
