About The Role:
Intelliguard has an excellent opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our team in Columbus, OH. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and office support. The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support and aids the executives in facilitating the organization's efficient operation. They manage the executive's daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, confirming appointments, writing itineraries, and arranging for transportation. They prioritize emails and phone calls, gather documents to prepare for meetings and keep the executive's communications organized through streamlining vital information through low-priority items. The Executive Assistant / Office Manager screens all visitors and determines what level of support is required while offering polite, professional customer service.

About The Role:

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and office support. The Executive Assistant / Office Manager screens all visitors and determines what level of support is required while offering polite, professional customer service.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provides administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf
- Organizes meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Answers phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Welcomes visitors and identify the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate individual or department
- Manages the executive's calendar, including making appointments and manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Performs various clerical tasks utilizing knowledge of office systems and procedures. Types letters, correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed
- Plans, coordinates, organizes, and help at various company meetings, events, and celebrations
- Assists and supports executives in preparing for meetings, including preparing meeting materials, keeping track of meeting progress and follow up items, and preparing and revising correspondence and other documents as necessary
- Communicates both among the organization and vendors to successfully complete administrative needs as requested
- Answers questions or inquiries as needed
- Receives and sorts daily mail, filing appropriate documents accordingly
- Maintains comprehensive and accurate records
- Completes additional office related special projects as needed
- Manages office general filing, scanning to internal shared folders
We Would Love To Her From You, If:
- Minimum of three years in administrative assistance,
- Minimum of two years as an executive administrative assistance in healthcare or related field
- Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Power Point, and Excel
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced always changing environment
- Highly organized, detail oriented and self-motivated
- Demonstrates ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and exercise independent/sound judgment
- Ability to work independently to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Bachelor's degree preferred, minimum of associate degree in business administration.

- Onsite role in Columbus, OH
- The essential functions of the job are usually performed in an office setting, in an indoor, temperature-controlled environment. The office environment noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate. While performing the job duties, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods, standing and walking intermittently, reach with hands, arms, talk or hear. The employee is required to use office equipment such as a computer, mouse, keyboard, printer
