As an Executive Assistant to a member of our Senior Leadership Team you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions and team activities. You will be responsible for managing the executive's schedule, coordinating meetings, and organizing team events. Your ability to anticipate needs, handle confidential information, and communicate effectively will be key to your success in this role.

Administrative Support: Manage calendar, handle expense reports, prepare confidential correspondence, arrange travel plans, and compile documents for meetings.

Relationship Management: Plan and coordinate schedule, ensuring it is followed and respected, and create win-win situations for access

Issue and Concern Management: Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed including sensitive or confidential matters, and determine the appropriate course of action.

Communication and Coordination: Facilitate smooth communication between internal departments, build relationships crucial to the organization's success, manage special projects, and coordinate senior leadership meetings and off-sites.

What you'll Need:
  • 10 years experience in an executive support role
  • Ability to be onsite in Dublin, OH - 4-5 days per week
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including external partners
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
