Adecco is currently assisting a great client in their search for an experience **Executive Assistant** in **Cupertino, CA** .


**PLEASE NOTE:** This position is in-office, onsite Tu/Wed/Thur of each week.


**Type:** 40hrs/wk. Contract


**Start Date:** Within two to three weeks.


**Location:** Intersect of N. De Anza Blvd. and Infinite Loop in Cupertino, CA. Please ensure this commute works for you prior to applying.


**Hours** : 8-5; M-F


**Pay:** $56.83 to $ 56.83/hr


**Length:** Long Term


Responsibilities for the **Executive Assistant** role include:


+ Manage daily schedules, meetings, and video/conference calls for directors.


+ Order supplies for new hires and keep inventory of all equipment.


+ Arranging team meetings and off-sites.


+ Coordination and collaboration with cross-functional teams and other administrative assistants.


+ Manage purchase requests/orders, booking travel, managing expenses and mailroom duties.


+ New hire coordination, ensuring new hires are set up for their first day at the client site.


+ Management and implementation of efficient administrative processes.


+ Facilities management and conference room coordination.


Qualifications for this **Executive Assistant** role:


+ 5+ years of experience supporting executives or large team.


+ Completed BA/BS degree.


+ Ability to utilize tact, diplomatic discretion, and good judgment at all times, especially when exposed to sensitive or confidential material.


+ Must be well organized, detail oriented, with outstanding time-management skills.


+ Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, schedules, and support executives with very demanding schedules


+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


+ Calm, confident and professional during high stress situations.


+ High integrity; capable of handling confidential information with discretion.


+ Proficiency with a Mac, as well as with Keynote, Numbers, Pages, Excel, Word, iCal, and other productivity tools.


+ Confidence and experience collaborating in a highly cross-functional environment.


+ Ability to thrive with limited direction.


**Pay Details:** $56.83 per hour
