Arrange/reserve conference rooms & meetings
Coordinate travel arrangements
Submit expense reports
5 yrs Executive Admin experience (or comparable skills/exp.)
3 yrs Calendar management of multiple executives
G-Suite exp. required
3 yrs exp. scheduling/coordinating meetings
**Pay Details:** $30.82 per hour
