THE ROLE

The Executive Assistant will directly support the C-suite executive management team, including the Founder/Chief Creative Officer, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Financial Officer. This role requires a proactive and organized professional with exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities, adept at adjusting and prioritizing around last-minute changes.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage complex daily calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings (individual, business, departmental), events, and other engagements with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability
  • Organize and oversee intricate travel arrangements (domestic and international), including managing passport/visa requirements, coordinating car transfers, and arranging interviews and public appearances
  • Process travel and other expenses in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
  • Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion, maintaining the utmost professionalism
  • Act as a liaison between executive management, stakeholders, direct reports, and their staff, facilitating seamless communication and coordination
  • Provide excellent inbox management by escalating, distributing, or responding to inquiries from internal and external sources as appropriate
  • Record, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes accurately and promptly
  • Create polished presentation materials, spreadsheets, and tailored business reports and reviews
  • Collaborate regularly with the Office Experience Coordinator on matters such as office supplies, space requirements, and meeting room arrangements, as well as with the Studio Director on the CCO/design calendar


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience providing administrative support to high-level executives
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-up
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • A positive, professional, and solutions-oriented attitude
  • Adaptability to take on unexpected tasks or roles as needed, with a strong capacity to work under pressure
  • High standards for work quality and a meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in or knowledge of the fashion and luxury industries is a plus


WHAT WE OFFER YOU

  • Competitive compensation. Salary Range is $80,000 - $93,000 + target bonus. Please note that compensation will be offered based on relevant skills and experience
