Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize a variety of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise programs, and modalities to address patients' specific needs.
- Educate patients on their conditions, self-care strategies, and injury prevention.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Document treatment progress and maintain accurate patient records.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current Washington State Physical Therapist license.
- Minimum [Number] years of experience in a clinical setting (preferred).
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
