One of our top clients is seeking a motivated and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their optimal level of function and mobility through comprehensive treatment plans and compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise programs, and modalities to address patients' specific needs.
• Educate patients on their conditions, self-care strategies, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Document treatment progress and maintain accurate patient records.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current Washington State Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum [Number] years of experience in a clinical setting (preferred).
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
