  • Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
  • Profiling waste based on Internal And External requests.
  • Amending Existing profiles based on new information Like SDS’s Or analytical.
  • Managing Onsite 10-Day Activities, Storage Inspections And Record Keeping.
  • Segregation, labeling, manifesting of hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials.
  • Prepare and print waste manifests and labels within the WasteLinq System.
  • Scheduling Of Waste Services Requests With Clients And Local Operations.
  • Testing of unknown materials adhering to all regulations and company guidelines.
  • Management Of The Onsite Non-Hazardous Liquid And Solid Consolidation Bin Program.
  • Operation of Class “B” vehicle (Preferred) to provide Waste Transportation Support As Needed.
  • Supports HHW collection events, Lab Moves and Lab Packs In The Field as needed.
  • Hazardous Waste Manifest Audits In Other Facilities Outside Of The Local Region.
  • Preparation of Disposal Pricing Needed For Large Bid Packages.

Job Requirements:
  • 40-Hour HAZWOPER Certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or equivalent science discipline.
  • Familiarity with 49CFR 171 and 40 CFR 265 requirements.
  • High Level of knowledge with OSHA, DOT and RCRA regulations pertaining to hazardous waste handling and transportation.
  • Willing to travel between 25-50% of the time inclusive of overnight stays.
  • Class “B” CLD license with hazardous materials endorsements preferred.
  • Safety oriented mindset with the determination to follow all procedures and policies.
