Job Description:

Support the school’s financial stability and growth. Ensure accuracy with accounting standards, oversee financial reporting, general ledger, and provide strategic insights to drive organizational success. GAAP knowledge & experience in school or non-profit finance and accounting. Quick paced, analytical, personable. Collaborate with Director of Finance and Administration, lead a small team, manage projects, and contribute to data-driven strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting – CPA is great but not required…
-Prefer education sector of Non-profit with multiple lines of bus.
-Budgeting background: There are a number of revenue streams and structures of the way people are paid-
-Very strong understanding and ability to catch on quickly to complex billing
-Systems are Black baud – tuition system. Quickbooks
-Friendly and personable as will be point of contact for parents/billing questions
