We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Accounting Clerk in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is within the telecom industry and requires a detail-oriented individual. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining customer records, processing applications, and resolving inquiries. Your duties will also involve closely monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.

Responsibilities:
• Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications
• Maintain precise records of customer credit
• Research online sales opportunities and create quotes
• Process sales orders, invoices, and purchase orders with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Provide outstanding customer service by promptly responding to phone calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Collaborate with the sales team, vendors, wholesalers, and management to ensure customer satisfaction and meet company sales goals
• Maintain organized documentation and take diligent notes to support efficient operations
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Quick Books for daily tasks and record-keeping.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role
• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)
• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience in billing and invoice processing
• Strong data entry skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with QuickBooks software
